Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the successful execution of social media ad campaigns. This includes but is not limited to, providing access to relevant social media accounts, specifying campaign goals and target demographics, and promptly addressing any queries or concerns raised during the campaign.
Fees and Payment
The fees for our services will be communicated to you based on the scope of work and level of service agreed upon. Payment terms and methods will also be explicitly communicated and agreed upon before the commencement of any campaign. Failure to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Campaign Performance
While we strive to achieve the best possible results for your social media ad campaigns, Amarkancy does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as a certain level of engagement, conversions, or return on ad spend. We will, however, use our expertise to optimize campaigns for the best performance based on the agreed-upon objectives.
Intellectual Property
Any materials or content provided by you for use in social media ad campaigns are assumed to be owned and cleared for use by you. We will not be held responsible for any infringement or violation of intellectual property rights arising from the use of materials provided by the client.
Confidentiality
We recognize the sensitive nature of the information shared during the course of our engagement. Amarkancy agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any proprietary or confidential information to third parties without prior consent.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the engagement with prior notice, subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Amarkancy be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Amendment of Terms
These Terms may be updated or modified from time to time to reflect changes in our service offerings or to comply with legal requirements. Clients will be notified of any such changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
